Kiwi Blueberry Tart.
  • 22cm Tart Shell (pre-baked)
  • Fresh Blueberries - 1 Small basket (8 ounces)
  • Fresh Kiwi Fruit - 2 Medium - Peeled and sliced
  • Vanilla Pastry Cream 5 ounces
  • Apricot Glaze 2 ounces
 

 

Layer pastry cream inside the Tart. Overlay fruit in a decoration to suit the occassion. Pour over apricot glaze and refridgerate.

Yield: 5-6 Slices
