Blueberry Apple Frosty
  • 2 cups fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

 

In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, apple juice, yogurt, milk and cinnamon; whirl until smooth. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 portions, about 4 cups
